Realizing the everyone is unique, we attentively listen to your needs and the decide together on an action plan that works best for you. We guarantee 100% satisfaction. If, after 7 days, you feel you did not receive the services outlined, we will work with you at no additional charge to achieve your goals.
Will you make me throw things away?
The decision on what to discard is entirely up to the client. We will guide you through the sorting process and assist you to make decisions on whether to keep, store in another location, donate, sell or discard articles.
Is there a charge for a Project Assessment?
No, this initial consultation is free and takes about 1 hour.
Do I need to be present?
If we have agreed upon on-site service, it is essential that the owner be present so we can receive valuable input from you as we work toward completing your project to your satisfaction. We have evening and Saturday hours available to accommodate busy professionals.
Some people want to get organized but may be too embarassed to have someone see their disorganization or they live too far from an organizer they would like to work with. Virtual services provide you with privacy and the expertise to complete the job with comprehensive guidance from a professional organizer.
Is it expensive to hire a Professional Organizer?
Our rates are competitive with many other types of home services. We are flexible and allow you decide how much help you want. We can evaluate your situation and offer suggestions, allowing you to do the manual labor yourself. Or, you may want someone to come in and actually do the work or a combination of both. It's up to you. Once the project is completed and you calculate the dollar value of the space we are able to make usable again, it may be the best money you have ever spent.
